New Trump Poll Shows Him With Absolute Highest Favorability In GOP Field

( According to a current Morning Consult poll, former President Donald Trump has the highest favorability rating among all potential Republican candidates for the 2024 presidential election.

According to the poll, which looked at each Republican candidate’s popularity, Trump has the greatest favorability rating among likely GOP voters, with a favorable approval rating of 77 percent.

The second position went to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who is well-liked by 68 percent. Yet, 8% of respondents reported they don’t know who he is, and another 10% stated they had no opinion – a fact that Trump does not have to deal with.

The survey had a  margin of error of  2 percent and was conducted March 10–12, 2023, among 3,556 prospective Republican primary voters.

A further 14 percent had an unfavorable opinion of DeSantis, compared to a negative view of Trump of 21 percent.

The remaining contenders seem to be struggling with a lack of familiarity.

Vivek Ramaswamy, a businessman who also entered the presidential campaign, is particularly affected by this problem since 56 percent of people claimed they had never heard of him.

Trump maintained his advantage over the probable Republican primary field for 2024. According to the poll, Trump received 52 percent of the vote. No other candidate came close. DeSantis received just 28% of the vote.

None of the other candidates received double-digit support. When Nikki Haley officially entered the presidential race last month, she only received 4% of the vote.

According to a recent report, some Democrats faintly suspect President Biden will not run for re-election.

While the campaign launch that was anticipated shortly after the beginning of 2023 did not happen, people close to 80-year-old Biden believe the president will eventually compete for re-election.

According to Politico, the delay has paralyzed Democrats and forced several presidential candidates and significant funders to make other plans.
