Kushner and Trump previously rented an apartment in the beachside Arte skyscraper created by Italian architect Antonio Citterio in Surfside. This six-bedroom duplex, the last sponsor property in the 16-unit building, provided the family with over 1,480 square feet of outside space, including a wraparound terrace. After departing the White House in 2021, they made their home there.
