Nationwide Support for DJ’s Dream
The outpouring of support for DJ has been nothing short of remarkable.
By March, he had already been sworn into 821 agencies as an honorary police officer. Recently, DJ’s journey brought him to Alabama, where he joined the Birmingham Police Department and other agencies, pushing his total honorary titles to an astounding 905.
“What I say on a daily basis is – believe in God, stay safe, stay positive, be kind to other people, pray for kids that have cancer, and don’t be mean to people,” DJ told a local radio station on Friday.
DJ’s impact extends beyond national borders. In a testament to the international reach of his inspiring story, he was sworn into Italy’s Carabinieri, the national gendarmerie, in August. This global recognition underscores the universal appeal of DJ’s courage and the power of his dream to unite people across cultures.
