Legal Fallout from Food Foul

Authorities charged Mitchell with disorderly conduct and felony criminal mischief due to the high value of the damaged goods. He was identified using his Sam’s Club membership information, and despite the incident, he remained in the store for 10 minutes, paid for his items, and left the premises.

Mitchell pleaded not guilty at his June 10 court appearance and is due back in court on June 30. If convicted, he could face fines and jail time.
