Sweet: Sarah Palin Offers Kamala Harris Advice On Being Woman VP

(PresidentialWire.com)- Former Republican Governor of Alaska and vice-presidential candidate during the 2008 race, Sarah Palin, offered some polite advice and encouragement to Democratic vice-presidential nominee Kamala Harris this week. Palin, who has long been demonized by Democrats despite her constant willingness to bridge political debates and be polite with everyone, told Harris that she should “trust no one” during the campaign.

Following the Biden campaign’s announcement that Harris will be his running mate, Palin published an essay on here website SarahPalin.com congratulating the far-left candidate.

“Congrats to the democrat VP pick!” she said. “Climb upon Geraldine Ferraro’s and my shoulders, and from the most amazing view in your life consider lessons we learned.”

Palin was referencing the VP candidate chosen by Democrat Walter Mondale when he ran against Ronald Reagan, the incumbent Republican president, back in 1984. There is no doubt that Palin was being genuine, but there are bound to be Democrats out there who still hate Palin and don’t consider her as important or monumental as Harris because she happens to be white.

The former Republican VP candidate said that Harris should “trust no one” and keep her most trusted team members close. That comment is likely a reference to many staffers from the John McCain camp who turned on Palin after they lost in 2008. The firebrand conservative from Alaska was subject to great ridicule from Democrats and later from Republicans who blamed her for losing. Many of the staffers even published books in which they released personal information about Palin and her family.

Despite this, Palin has gone on to be one of the Republican Party’s friendliest faces. In March this year, Palin appeared on the show “The Masked Singer” in which she dressed up in a costume and rapped on stage to the song “Baby Got Back.” At the end of the performance, the audience rose in applause as she told them that she felt like the country needs some unity right now.

Don’t you just love her?

“[D]on’t get muzzled – connect with media and voters in your own unique way,” Palin also advised Harris. “Some yahoos running campaigns will suffocate you with their own self-centered agenda so remember YOU were chosen for who YOU are. So stay connected with America as you smile and ignore deceptive ‘handlers’ trying to change you.”

Well, maybe Harris was chosen because of who she is…in the sense that she happens to be a female person of color.
