(PresidentialWire.com)- Aaaaaaaaand they caved. Starbucks has already backed down on its policy that banned employees from wearing merchandise and tee-shirts emblazoned with the controversial “Black Lives Matter” slogan. The story blew up just a few days ago when a leaked memo from the company showed Starbucks execs reminding customers not to wear Black Lives Matter merchandise so as not to make themselves a target to those who are angry by the violence committed in the name of the movement.
In a tweet, Starbucks caved on their policy.
“In response to this historic time, our store partners can also show support for the Black Lives Matter movement with their own t-shirts, pins, and name tags,” they said.

It literally only took a few days for the company to kowtow to the woke mob.
The policy wasn’t even put in place because Starbucks execs were particularly opposed to BLM, either. It was specifically set up to ensure that employees didn’t become the focus of hostility in stores, following the widespread destruction caused by BLM activists on the streets of major American cities.
Starbucks also sent a letter to all employees, announcing their U-turn.
“We see you. We hear you. Black Lives Matter. That is a fact and will never change,” the company wrote. “This movement is a catalyst for change, and right now, it’s telling us a lot of things need to be addressed so we can make space to heal.”
Not only did they confirm that they were changing their minds on the policy and that employees can wear BLM merchandise, but they announced they will be producing their own official Starbucks merchandise that represents the far-left Black Lives Matter movement.
“We’re designing new t-shirts with the graphic below to demonstrate our allyship and show we stand together in unity,” the letter to employees reads. “Until these arrive, we’ve heard you want to show your support, so just be you. Wear your BLM pin or t-shirt. We are so proud of your passionate support of our common humanity.”
The brand said they trust their employees to “do what’s right” but also encouraged people to never forget that Starbucks is a welcoming “third place” where all are treated with dignity and respect.
Presumably, that means conservatives and non-political people who are angry with the destruction and violence committed in the name of this radical movement.
