News Host Forgets To Ask Fauci Important

( Dr. Anthony Fauci, President Biden’s chief COVID-19 adviser and the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has faced a great deal of criticism over the last year for his constant flip-flopping over the wearing of masks and other COVID-related measures.

And he isn’t getting called out by most of the mainstream press.

Chuck Todd, host of NBC’s “Meet the Press,” completely failed to ask Fauci about the origins of the COVID-19 virus last Sunday, prompting viewers to ask why he wasn’t asked about such an important topic.

It comes as Lawrence Sellin, PhD, reveals that the U.S. government and members of the scientific community have promoted the false narrative that COVID-19 “came from nature.”

Rep. Mike Gallagher, a Republican congressman from Wisconsin, picked up on the lack of questioning and took to Twitter to ask why it didn’t happen.

“Dr. Fauci was just on Meet the Press and @chucktodd didn’t ask him a single question about the origin of COVID-19 and whether taxpayer dollars went to gain of function research in Wuhan,” he said.

He added that it’s the “most important question facing the world” and that “few in the media are asking it.”

So why isn’t the press asking that question?

Maybe because President Joe Biden is so notoriously pro-China that it could prompt a backlash from the White House…or maybe because it’s the Republicans who are more likely to admit that China could well be behind the release of the virus.

And the left-wing media couldn’t possibly agree with Republicans, could it?

Way back in January, investigative work from the State Department concluded that there was reason to believe that researchers from the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China became sick in Autumn 2019 with symptoms that were consistent with a COVID-19 infection.

Shouldn’t we be asking Dr. Fauci questions about this?
