(PresidentialWire.com)- Just as left-wing media pundits and CNN try to push a narrative that says the First Lady Melania Trump wants President Donald Trump to concede the election early, the first lady took to Twitter to remind people that the American people deserve a fair election.
In a tweet, on November 8, First Lady Melania Trump said that “the American people deserve fair elections.”
The American people deserve fair elections. Every legal – not illegal – vote should be counted. We must protect our democracy with complete transparency.

It underpins an important point being made by President Donald Trump and his campaign team as they go to court in several states. The process of ensuring that only legal votes are counted in the election will make it harder for bad actors to ever try and steal an election ever again, paving the way for fairer elections in the future – even if Joe Biden does ultimately win after recounts and legal challenges take place.
On Sunday, CNN published a story that cited anonymous sources – as you’d expect from a network like that – which claimed that White House Senior Adviser Jared Kushner and First Lady Melania Trump were calling on the president to concede.
It made little sense as the winner of the 2020 presidential election is not yet clear, given that some counts are still ongoing, some recounts are due to take place, and lawsuits are going ahead in various battleground states.
CNN falsely claimed that Kushner had “approach the President about conceding the election.”
“And First Lady Melania Trump has advised the President the time has come for him to accept the election loss, a separate source familiar with the conversations told CNN on Sunday,” the report claimed.
OAN reporter Jack Posobiec said On Twitter on Tuesday that a White House source told the network that the first lady had been “rock solid” all week, which is precisely the opposite of what CNN said.
