(PresidentialWire.com)- Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the conservative constitutionalist nominated by President Donald Trump to the Supreme Court and confirmed weeks before the election, failed to back the president’s efforts to enforce a legal remedy for Pennsylvania’s compromised election…proving media pundits from virtually every left-wing mainstream media outlet wrong.
You might remember back in the early days of Barrett’s nomination when Democrats pushed to delay the hearings and hand the nomination to a possible Biden administration after the election. Media talking heads and Democrats argued that the president was only pushing to get Barrett on the court as she would help the president overturn the election, in what they insisted would be a power grab but in reality turned out to be the most important election challenge in history.
Evidence of widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election has been sown at evidentiary hearings with state legislatures in Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. It spans video footage, data analysis, and witness testimony from thousands of sworn affidavits.
Justice Coney Barrett and her colleagues in the Supreme Court were also tasked with ruling on a lawsuit filed by the state of Texas against the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, alleging that their mass mail-in ballot rules implemented before the election were unconstitutional.
Barrett, along with Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch, refused to hear the suit claiming the state of Texas – and the 16 other states that joined in the suit – had a lack of standing.
Washington Free Beacon’s editor-in-chief Eliana Johnson summed up the surprise development, joking that she couldn’t believe Justice Coney Barrett “breached her secret agreement with Trump to throw the election his way.”

Fox News reminded readers recently what far-left MSNBC anchor Joy Reid said back on November 4. She claimed that Justice Barrett couldn’t be trusted to follow the law if a suit was brought to the Supreme Court, evidently scared by the prospects of the election being overturned on the overwhelming evidence of fraud and unconstitutional rule changes.
She even used a racist slur to attack Justice Clarence Thomas, calling him an “Uncle Clarence.”
“So what I think scares people is that if [Trump] decides to do something that legally makes no sense … but if they somehow manage to stumble into the Supreme Court, do any of you guys trust Uncle Clarence and Amy Coney Barrett and those guys to actually follow the letter of the law? No!” she claimed.
“I mean, it’s a completely politicized Supreme Court that you can’t just trust that they’re going to do the right thing.”
The Supreme Court’s decision not to hear the case, to be clear, was not based on merit. The court offered no opinion on where the election was compromised by fraud or unconstitutional rules, simply saying that the state of Texas lacked standing or a relevant interest in how other states handle their election affairs.
It’s no doubt a disappointment to Republicans, but for Democrats, it should be a humbling moment for self-reflection.
