Maples Champions Healthy Living
At the confirmation hearing of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for Health and Human Services Secretary, Marla Maples took center stage as a leading advocate for healthy living.
She wants to Make America Healthy Again!
The ex-wife of President Donald Trump and co-founder of the Global Wellness Forum articulated the pressing need for greater transparency in the food industry and personal health choices.
Maples, a vocal supporter of the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement, emphasized the importance of understanding what Americans consume. She urged citizens to be vigilant about reading food labels and discarding items containing harmful ingredients such as corn syrups, artificial colors, and refined sugars.
“I have to support America’s health, our children’s health. We suffered [for] so long with what they’re putting in our food supply without having consent on what we’re getting medically,” Maples said.
Well, I bet you weren’t expecting that!
Promoting Food Sovereignty and Personal Health
Maples’ advocacy extends beyond mere label-reading. She championed the personal empowerment found in growing one’s own food, a practice she believes can contribute significantly to overall health and well-being. This approach aligns with her broader vision of health sovereignty, where individuals take proactive steps to maintain their physical and mental fitness.
The Global Wellness Forum co-founder also highlighted the importance of nurturing the spirit through practices like prayer. She maintains her own physical and mental fitness through activities such as handstands, stretching, and sports, setting an example for the holistic approach she advocates.
“It’s the most important thing I think we have for ourselves [and] our children and I have a little grandbaby coming, so I want to make sure we leave a cleaner world for our children’s children, too,” Maples emphasized.
Maples and other representatives of the Global Wellness Forum have expressed strong support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s initiatives in government. They see his potential appointment as an opportunity to advance their goals of health, sovereignty, truth, and transparency in the nation’s approach to wellness.
“We’re going to be helping support Bobby and Bobby’s initiatives in the government, making sure there’s a way we can bring teams together to support what he’s going to be doing in the government, so we can support the community,” Maples stated.
Everybody loves Bobby!
