Mark Levin Unexpectedly Ends Interview Abruptly Saying “You’re Cutting Me Off Early”

(PresidentialWire.com)- Fox News host Mark Levin was abruptly interrupted by outro music when discussing the FBI raid on former President Trump at his home in Mar-a-Lago that occurred August 8. Levin was being interviewed by Sean Hannity for the second consecutive night, according to Mediaite.

The raid was allegedly to recover classified documents that Trump had taken with him after leaving office. The execution of the warrant, approved by Attorney General Merrick Garland, came just before the senate introduced legislation to reform the FBI that critics have called politically partisan.

On the first night of the interview, Levin phoned into Hannity and called the raid the “the worst attack on this republic in modern history. Period.” The next day, Levin went after the Biden administration and the Department of Justice, alleging that the raid was not to search for documents, but a partisan effort to find dirt on President Trump, of which none exist because the raid is another scheme in an elaborate witch hunt. “This is a witch hunt, this is a Stalinist hunt,” he said, adding that the DOJ is “looking for a crime in search of evidence.”

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is another government agency that keeps and stores official records of the United States. Levin suggested that Garland wanted to conduct a witch hunt because he had nothing on the former president as it relates to January 6.

“Let me make a surmise here,” he said. “It’s the same U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C. whose jurisdiction includes the National Archives, who has jurisdiction over January 6. He’s got nothing!” Levin yelled.

They are in search to try and destroy Trump!” he continued. “They conducted a criminal investigation! They failed! They have an investigation in New York with the attorney general that’s gonna to fail! They have a Democrat–”

And then the outro music played, and Levin cut himself off. “Oh Christ, you’re cutting me off early. I’m done,” he said, to which Hannity protested and asked him to finish his thought. After some back and forth, the segment ended.
