(PresidentialWire.com)- President Joe Biden’s cognitive ability hasn’t gotten better since entering the White House, having been abruptly cut off from virtual video feeds twice in the last week. And now, reports have revealed how Vice President Kamala Harris is picking up much of the slack for the president and even meeting with world leaders instead of him.
Is Joe Biden just too busy or…totally incapable?
On Thursday, Harris reportedly spoke to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while the president hosted a group of House Democrats and took part in a virtual call with NASA to congratulate American scientists on landing a new rover on Mars.
It was actually during that call with the House Democrats that Biden was abruptly cut off by his staff, after going off script and expressing his willingness to answer questions.
We all know by now that Biden doesn’t answer questions without a teleprompter in front of him. That’s probably why he recently broke a century-old record for not holding a press conference after being elected to the highest office in the land for 42 days and counting.
On Thursday, the White House released a readout of a call between Harris and Netanyahu.
“Vice President Kamala Harris spoke today by phone with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel, and underscored the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to the U.S.-Israel partnership,” the statement read.
“The Vice President emphasized the United States’ unwavering commitment to Israel’s security. She expressed strong support for Israel’s recent groundbreaking normalization agreements with countries in the Arab and Muslim world, and stressed the importance of advancing peace, security, and prosperity for Israelis and Palestinians alike,” it added, making sure to make reference to the imaginary state of “Palestine.”
Incredibly, it’s not the first time that Harris has done Biden’s job for him. The Vice President recently took a call with French President Emmanuel Macron and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Today I spoke with President @EmmanuelMacron of France. We discussed COVID-19, climate change, supporting democracy at home and around the world, and regional challenges. @POTUS and I look forward to working with President Macron to build a better future for our two countries. pic.twitter.com/H04Y3LbU0a

Meanwhile, President Biden was doing…something. Probably. Maybe.
Republicans have long speculated that Joe Biden won’t make it through an entire term as president, with far-left former Senator Kamala Harris waiting to take the reins. Should Biden ultimately resign or be removed from office for cognitive impairment, Harris could usher in the most radically left-wing agenda the White House has ever seen. And with Biden’s recent executive actions – including the reinstatement of Critical Race Theory classes in government agencies – that would be quite the achievement.
