(PresidentialWire.com)- According to Ivanka Trump’s social media posts on Sunday, she just flew to Poland to meet with Ukrainian refugees and provide food to families.
Ivanka wrote on Instagram and Twitter, “Grateful to have spent the last few days in Krakow & Warsaw to meet Ukrainian and Polish faith leaders who have shown so much compassion & love to Ukrainian families in need & for the opportunity to bear witness to the love, strength & resilience within each of these families,”
Former President Donald Trump’s eldest daughter uploaded images of herself playing guitars with a little girl, conversing with teen classmates, hugging a mother, and visiting a Ukrainian family. The journey was made possible by invitation from CityServe, a non-profit that provides food and help to refugees.
“There, she met with dozens of pastors assisting Ukrainians on the frontlines,” a representative for the group told the Daily Mail. “Many of them helped support the 1 million meal delivery in March.”
“This week, they delivered food, money assistance, and toys to scores of Ukrainian families seeking short- and long-term sanctuary in Poland until they can safely return to Ukraine,” the source added.
Since her father’s presidential term ended, the former White House adviser and daughter-in-chief, together with her husband Jared, 41, a former adviser to President Trump, have resided in Miami with their children.
Trump has also aided the congressional inquiry into January 6, 2020, Capitol disturbance.
According to the New York Times, the Trump real estate heiress, who is said to have personally appealed to her father several times throughout the insurgency, did not use the Fifth Amendment during her testimony.
Other members of Trump’s inner circle, on the other hand, have claimed executive privilege, the Fifth Amendment, and even legal action against the House of Representatives to obstruct the committee.
‘She’s answering inquiries,’ says the narrator. Rep. Bennie Thompson, the panel’s chairman, told reporters on Capitol Hill, “I mean, not in a broad, conversational sense, but she’s addressing questions.”
‘Well, she came in on her own, that has enormous value,’ Thompson said when asked whether she was collaborating. We didn’t need to issue a subpoena.’
The Capitol riot committee summoned Ivanka to speak about what she witnessed on January 6, 2021.
Ivanka was seen in and out of the Oval Office as MAGA fans stormed the Capitol the morning of the incident at an event on the National Mall where the ex-president addressed.
She is alleged to have spent hours that day pleading with her father to condemn the violence and order his followers to leave the Capitol.
