FRAUD: Judge DENIES Request for Citizenship Checks for Voters

A federal judge’s decision might just have set a dangerous precedent, leaving you questioning the security of upcoming elections.

  • Judge denies Arizona group’s bid for citizenship checks before election.
  • Federal law blocks voter roll maintenance within 90 days of election.
  • No evidence presented of non-citizen registration or voting in Arizona.
  • Bifurcated system limits federal-only voters’ participation.

A federal judge refused to mandate Arizona counties to provide voter names for citizenship verification, a setback for the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona. Their attempt to verify 40,000 voters registered under the federal-only system was rejected. Judge Krissa Lanham highlighted lack of standing and evidence of harm, while legal constraints like the National Voter Registration Act prevent pre-election list maintenance. The group fears unverified voters might dilute the votes of legitimate citizens.

And those fears are being completely ignored by the Democrats.

Despite Judge Lanham’s ruling, proponents of the check argue it maintains electoral integrity. Arizona state laws demand citizenship proof for registration, but this doesn’t apply to federal forms—resulting in a bifurcated voting system. Those providing proof vote in all elections, others only federally. This raises concerns about fairness and systemic loopholes. While plaintiffs failed to prove non-citizen registrations, they cite national polls showing a lack of confidence in election integrity.

The ruling underscores the federal law prohibiting voter roll maintenance within 90 days of an election. Arizona’s Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer assured his commitment to using all available resources for verification, dismissing claims of negligence in removing noncitizens. The lawsuit, linked to former Trump advisor Stephen Miller, aimed to enforce stricter practices across all 15 Arizona counties.

The Supreme Court’s decision not to enforce documented proof of citizenship for federal registration forms further limits state oversight. The group’s lawsuit came mere days before early voting, deemed too late. They provided no substantial evidence, relying on public opinion instead of factual data. It left Judge Lanham to emphasize logistical election challenges, questioning the justification for diverting resources. Without hard evidence of fraud or misconduct, calls for drastic measures fall flat.

Why are Democrats so obsessed with refusing to make elections secure?

Seriously – why?
