According to a report, after his conviction as a sexual predator, Jeffrey Epstein’s private calendar was leaked, revealing that he had booked meetings with a number of notable persons, including the current director of the CIA.
The records include correspondence between professors Noam Chomsky, Leon Botstein, CIA director William Burns, and Obama’s White House attorney Kathryn Ruemmler.
After Jeffrey Epstein served time in prison in 2008, the scheduled meetings took place between 2013 and 2017.
Reports show that while facing trial in Manhattan, New York, in 2019, Epstein was discovered dead in his cell. He had been plagued for years by claims of sexual assault against underage girls and women. A suicide verdict was issued by the city’s medical examiner.
William Burns has been CIA director since 2021 under President Biden. He visited with Epstein ten years ago as he was ready to leave federal service, according to CIA spokesperson Tammy Kupperman Thorp.
Thorp said that the director had not known about him despite his introduction as a financial services specialist who could provide guidance on making the shift to the private sector.
Burns, who saw Epstein in DC and visited his Manhattan mansion, had appointments with him in 2014, according to documents revealing the secret calendar.
Reports reveal that prosecutors in 2019 stated that Epstein sexually molested female victims in his home, most underaged, where many of Epstein’s other encounters with notable people were expected to take place.
Epstein was scheduled to meet with Kathryn Ruemmler, a former White House lawyer during the Obama administration.
According to the documents, she was also to accompany Epstein on a trip to Paris in 2015 and a vacation to his private Caribbean island in 2017.
A representative for Goldman Sachs told the Wall Street Journal that the two first talked when he phoned her to see if she might be open to managing Bill Gates and his foundation.
According to reports, the White House has remained silent about CIA Director William Burns’ meeting with Epstein.
