(PresidentialWire.com)- Joe Biden’s immigration plan is purposely complicated, and according to a report from Breitbart, is designed to be on purpose. The outlet reports how his immigration plan contains “hard-to-see policy changes” which would dramatically increase the number of people legally able to enter and live in the United States courtesy of the chain migration system that President Trump curtailed.
“The Biden Plan for Securing Our Values As a Nation of Immigrants,” which you can find here, says it is a “moral failing and national shame when a father and his baby daughter drown seeking our shores.” It immediately starts by suggesting the current policy is racist, and attacking hard-working Americans who are concerned about a huge influx of people into the country.
Doesn’t Joe realize that immigration is expensive?
“Trump has waged an unrelenting assault on our values and our history as a nation of immigrants,” Biden says, dismissing concerns about America not being able to take in every single person who wants to live here.
Breitbart notes how the document also says that Biden “will support family-based immigration by preserving family unification as a foundation of our immigration system” and will allow “any approved applicant to receive a temporary non-immigrant visa until the permanent visa is processed.”
Jessica Vaughn, the policy director for the Center for Immigration Studies, compared the idea to “issuing temporary driver’s licenses to anyone who sends in an application.”
“They can have the temporary license until they come back for the road test,” she added, before saying that under a Biden-Harris administration could could “simply create fake relationships” to get the petition approved, get the temporary visa, and then just end the application. Then they’ll be in the United States and can stay until they’re caught…or if they’re caught.
