Democrats BACKTRACK On Mail-In Voting, Realize Mismanagement Could Cost Votes

(PresidentialWire.com)- After spending months pushing for universal mail-in voting, some Democrats are now pivoting on the issue over fears that mismanagement could result in votes being lost. Concerns are growing that the huge number of mail-in ballots expected for the November election, combined with the fact that Democrats are more likely to vote by mail, could hurt Joe Biden’s chances.

Former Governor of Colorado, John Hickenlooper, has encouraged voters to hand in their ballots in person. Hickenlooper is running against Republican Senator Cory Gardner.

Democratic Senate Candidate for Idaho, Paulette Jordan, also encouraged Democrats in the state to hand in their vote in person rather than entrusting it with the United States Postal Service.

I thought the Democrats trusted the Postal Service?

Axios also reported on Thursday how Democrats are now pivoting towards voting in person, with Black PAC moving away from educating people only about voting by mail, and instead encouraging people to use early voting, absentee voting, in-person voting, and voting on Election Day. It’s a significant change in strategy, as Democrats have for months argued that the only safe way for people to vote is via mail.

The Collective Pac, which is the biggest black-run political action committee dedicated to increase black turnout and supporting black candidates, has publicly advocated for voting in person.

“We’re shifting away from making plans to vote by mail to voting early in person,” the group’s founder Quentin James said to Axios.

Perhaps most incredibly, however, is the fact that former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are even encouraging Democrats to vote early in any way possible, including voting in person.

Why?

Because the Democrats know that President Donald Trump isn’t lying when he says that mass mail-in voting either leads to fraud, or to votes going missing because of incompetence, mismanagement, and errors.

Just this week, two investigations have begun into mail-in ballots that were dumped. In Pennsylvania, nine military ballots – all of which were cast for President Donald Trump – were found discarded. An investigation by federal authorities is underway.

In Wisconsin, three trays of mail, including several absentee ballots, were also discovered discarded at the side of a road.
