California Confirms First Case Of Mutant COVID-19 Strain

The new strain of the novel coronavirus, which some health officials believe to be more contagious, has now emerged in Southern California. This comes after one confirmed case in Colorado as well as a second suspected one, both from members of the National Guard. California Governor Gavin Newsom spoke with Dr. Anthony Fauci, who said a mutation of this virus was to be expected. RT America’s Natasha Sweatte has the latest developments.
