(Presidentialwire.com)- President Joe Biden issued the priciest executive order in history in August.
According to reports, Biden appeared to forget that his student loan debt bailout had been accomplished through his Executive Order during a panel discussion with digital media company NowThis. He informed the group that Congress had approved the measure.
Biden claimed it passed through Congress by one or two votes.
Does he genuinely believe that Congress approved the student loan bailout? Does he not recall putting his signature on the decree?
This incident followed a large number of other gaffes, lies, and absentmindedness.
Reports show that earlier this year, a camera unintentionally captured a small notecard in Biden’s hand during a meeting at the White House. A larger version of the image revealed that the card had a set of directions for him to follow.
YOU enter the Roosevelt Room and greet participants.
YOU take YOUR seat.
And more simple instructions followed.
In another incident in September, President Biden went to the British Embassy in Washington DC to sign the condolence book for the late Queen Elizabeth II. Instead of writing a heartfelt note, he took out a typed notecard that an assistant had undoubtedly prepared and copied the text into the book.
Reports a few weeks later show Biden praising the late Republican representative Jackie Walorski of Indiana during his speech at the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health in late September. He called out for Jackie as if she was in the room.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to comment on Biden’s extraordinary oversight, insisting that it was only because Walorski had been on his mind.
These mistakes are not the type Biden has made throughout his 50-year political career. It speaks to Biden’s cognitive decline, which has accelerated noticeably since he assumed the Presidential office.
Reports show that while the liberal media continues to ignore Biden’s decline, it is openly discussed in the conservative media. The New York Times recently shocked readers by calling for Biden not to run in 2024 because of his age but not his health. Political consultant David Axelrod was quoted in the article saying that the Presidency is a monstrously taxing job, and the stark reality is the president would be closer to 90 than 80 at the end of a second term, which would be a significant issue.
When will the Democrats finally acknowledge there’s something wrong with Joe?
