Alan Dershowitz Tapped By Mike Lindell To Lead Lawsuit Against FBI

( Two weeks ago, attorney Alan Dershowitz took some time during his podcast to explain why he is representing MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell in a lawsuit against the FBI.

Dershowitz, who was initially hired by Lindell in January after his phone records were subpoenaed by the January 6 committee, admitted that he disagreed with Lindell’s politics, but said it was “crucially important” for liberal Democrats like him “to hold the Justice Department accountable,” especially when it is acting like “oppressors” and “violating the Constitution.

Lindell had revealed last month that the FBI seized his cell phone at a Minnesota fast food drive-thru.

Dershowitz pointed out that he is not a Trump supporter but after the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago, he put his principles ahead of partisanship and spoke out against the raid. And now he is doing the same thing regarding Mike Lindell, despite disagreeing with Lindell’s claims about the 2020 election.

He outlined his concerns about the FBI seizing Lindell’s phone and pointed out how Lindell’s rights were violated, adding that he is proud to represent “a man I disagree with because I agree with the Fourth Amendment.”
